The 2025 Around the World program is a new series from Joe, featuring one new travel or destination themed design per month. The designs are made as a quarter-mandala style on a square, and they include a mixture of embroidery stitch types and applique. If you make four squares of the same design, you can sew two pairs of finished design squares together to create two rows, then sew the two rows together to make a mandala style embroidery design! These are great for quilts, pillows, wall hangings, totes, and more. Each month will include files for 8, 9, and 10 inch block sizes. The finished “mandala” is 2x2 blocks, so the sizes of the finished designs are 16, 18, and 20 inches square if you make four of the same square.
